Computing

Computing at St Michael’s Academy ensures that pupils become digitally literate – able to use, and express themselves and develop their ideas through, information and communication technology – at a level suitable for the future workplace and as active participants in a digital world. It is linked with other subjects to enhance learning and understanding. Computing is taught discretely at least once per week throughout the school and covers numerous aspects including e-Safety and coding.
